About the Book of Life Conference
Book of Life is a community partnership among several institutions in the Chattanooga area who have come together with the goal of providing continuing education and support to area clergy, faith leaders, physicians, and other professional caregivers who work with a population facing end of life issues. The Book of Life is formed through the collaboration of Hospice of Chattanooga, Alleo Health System, Chattanooga Association for Clinical Pastoral Care, CHI Memorial, Southeast TN Area Agency on Aging and Disability, and Chattanooga Regional Healthcare Innovation Coalition. The Book of Life presents an annual conference designed to increase knowledge and encourage self-care for professional caregivers serving in a variety of settings in the Chattanooga area.
